Dr. Woodie’s daughter, Lisa Marie Thomas, is a graduate of the public schools Bak Middle School of the Arts and the Dreyfoos High School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida in Theatre both with honors. Lisa is a graduate of Florida State University in four years with two Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees Cum Laude in both Finance and Marketing with a minor in Communications. Dr. Woodie Thomas is a critical thinking trial lawyer with an Associate in Arts (A.A.) degree from Oakland Community College, Highland Lakes, Michigan, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, April 1969, Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Northern Illinois University, College of Law, DeKalb, Illinois, September 1978, and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Education from The University of Iowa, May 1982.
